Our Dublin apartments offer shared (up to 8 people) or twin en-suite room options – with solutions for every budget and living preference.

To book your room, simply select the room type that best suits your needs and click “View and Book”.

If we have adequate availability, you will be presented with the LIV Student contract, followed by a series of on-screen instructions to secure your spot.

This whole process should only take a few minutes, however if you need any support please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Room rates shown below are inclusive of rent, high-speed internet access, and water. Gas and electricity are charged separately at €25 per week “Utility Charge”. The total charge is shown during the booking process.
