Question
I have submitted I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition, it has been pending for almost 2 years now. I sent an inquiry on January 28, 2022, and got a response last week Jun 7, 2022, that says " Our record shows that your application is ready for interview scheduling. When your local field office schedules your interview you will receive a written interview appointment notice. "
But I never get any letter from USCIS that shows that my application was processed /approved or transferred to NVC/ to which field office. It has not been updated even in my case status yet. So how do I know the location of my application/ at which field office it has been transferred? When I tried to call USCIS, the calling line didn't give me any option to speak to anyone for specific case status. The machine asked me for my receipt number and told me the same thing I can see on my case status online and ended the call. Does anyone know about this case process?
