@comcastcares I’m planning on dropping your service tomorrow. I want the ACC Network and Hulu has it while you continue to negotiate a contract. The customer service I’ve experienced with you has been lacking, to say the least. I can get the @accnetwork without you.

@Xfinity shockingly bad service…our family moved locally and instead of transferring service, they canceled it…I lost all my recordings and spent 7 hours trying to fix it…3 different techs said they did something on their end and it takes an hour to process….a lie to end call

. @Xfinity is it normal for you all to charge people for tech visits that are unavoidable after being promised a service remotely...but it doesn't work? Then when you're promised that at least half the visit will be credited back to you...it's not. Just checking.

@comcast I tried calling yesterday multiple times to extend my payment. I have 2 kids currently doing homeschool due to the pandemic so service is IMPORTANT! Never had a problem doing this until this month during a National Crisis! Irritated is putting it nicely 😡

@WashProbs @Xfinity Our apartments only ever allowed Comcast until Aug. We had outages almost daily& it really sucked since I work from home. They finally allowed Verizon & I switched immediately. Havent had any problems since.

I haven't tried #CNNPlus yet because they have not told me if it's to watch or to read and how to do either. I know CNN as a broadcast product but Xfinity doesn't carry it. Bad rollout w/o telling me how to use it.
