1. No-Bake Mini Cheesecakes With Cinnamon Toast Crunch Crust

These lovely no-bake mini cheesecakes use Cinnamon Toast Crunch for the crust by blending it in a food processor with butter and brown sugar.

This is then pressed into a lined cupcake pan to be refrigerated.

The cheesecake layer is cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream.

Fill each cupcake liner and then add some warm preserves on each one and swirl with a toothpick for a marbled effect.

These will need at least six hours to chill to become firm.

I love pizza and I’m guessing you do too.

Some fast food pizza places serve a brownie pizza or chocolate chip pizza but this one leans heavily on the cinnamon side!

The streusel topping is where the cereal is added in.

A refrigerated or homemade pizza dough is patted out, punched a few times with a fork, brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with cinnamon.
